Connect classic St. Petersburg with the northern lights in Murmansk.
Murmansk is the cheapest place to see the Northern Lights. This trip gives you the opportunity to get to know an enchanting city with its unique arctic nature. The city is located on the banks of the Kola Bay, not far from the Russian border with Norway and Finland. It is the largest city in the north of the Arctic Circle with 300,000 inhabitants. Murmansk has the largest port on the shores of the Arctic Ocean and the only port that remains without ice all year round. The polar night on the latitude of Murmansk lasts from the beginning of December to mid-January, the polar day lasts from the end of May to the end of July.

Ride with dog sled, visit a Sami village, a ride with snow vehicle is also possible! If you want to go dog sledding, then please check out our winter entertainment in Murmansk. You can try your hand at the sled control or relax as a passenger, and then someone else does all the work.

Next stop - Sami village!
Visit this open-air ethnographic museum. Here you can learn all about the traditional Sami way of life, taste the true Sami food, see a deer breeder's farm and of course take photos in the national clothes.
10-15 minutes drive through the forest by snow vehicle.
Return to the hotel
Dinner at the hotel or in a local restaurant.
